What fun!! Great accent piece in bright shades of orange, yellow, and hot pink. All the necessary wiring is included and what appears to be glass is actually a very high grade plastic making it very easy to handle and install - the six little shades are very prissy covered in various shades of silk-like fabric.
Beautiful box thought to be a document box with small amount of simple, well executed carving. Dimensions are 15.5" W x 8" x 8" T to highest point. The top is slightly raised and rounded - an elegant example of woodwork and circa 1940-60's
Mammoth milagro wooden cross - many of these Milagros have been discontinued-
Cross is very heavy with Milagros thickly covering the sides - can sit or hang and is 18.5" tall and 11" wide
Carved and signed by the famous Pepe Santiago, this Noah"s ark is covered with Pepe's trademark tiny dots - the top holds an armadillo, turtle, and snake - each side has 2 snakes looking out - the width across from tip to tip is 16" and the height to top of umbrella is 12" - Picture taken looking down so ark is larger than it appears - circa 1990's
Artwork popular in Mexico in the 1950's - design painted and
outlined in cord on masonite - these are framed in natural oak frames and measure 15.5" wide x 52" tall - Sadly, only the middle one is available |
