Description: “Bruce” (former owner's name) was brought from Tonala in the
1980's and has graced the hearth of his former owner's fireplace
since that time. He bares only a couple of insignificant scratches
and is signed “Tonala Mexico”.

and no signs of damage. No makers marks on the bottom, only the remnants of an old paper tag. Circa 1940’s but could possibly date
as far back as the 1930’s. Lightweight and artistically painted in subtle
shades of pale turquoise, teal, and cobalt blue.

handles. A tiny chip on the inside edge covered by lid and a wood

with charming scenes of every day living in Old Mexico. Saucers
are 4 ¾” diameter and cups are 2 ¼” tall and 3” diameter, “Mexico”
embossed on bottoms of cups and saucers. Five sets are in great vintage
condition with one set being sold “as is” with a repaired handle.
